Miroslav articulation switching - Philharmonik vs. Refill?

I'm thinking of getting Miroslav in some form, and I'm not sure which one will be easier to use, the SampleTank based Philharmonk or the Reason Refill version. What I want is to be able to change articulations on the fly, with a mod wheel or other controller (or draw in the changes after getting the notes right). Is this possible with either?

Did some searching, seems like "no" for Philharmonik, but couldn't find a definitive answer on the Refill. I thought perhaps the Combinator might accommodate this.
