rm 5.0.3 fr: reset all

currently the red 'x' buttons only clear samples, pads, etc, but leave the inserts, same with loop clearing loops leaves all the other settings.

we need some way to clear EVERYTHING and start over, initializing the entire plugin to normalized settings. it's excessively cumbersome to hunt for and mess with each slice/pad again and again turning things back to normal
