Changes:
- some minor issues fixed (another mdaDetune bug fixed, mdaDubDelay ID repaired - read the changelog at sourceforge for more infos)
- added/updated mdaEnvelope (now 38 plugins all together)
- added OSX/gcc build target
- new 32-bit binaries for Windows, Linux and OSX (the 64-bit binaries have to wait for now as I currently don't have a 64-bit system installed here)

Wish I could use detune with two values: for tuning up and down simultaneously, but pan them individually, etc.

But that's just me.

Couldn't you do that with busses and routing? Sure, a single plugin would be a lot easier, but it's still doable...

Post

That'd mean blowing 2 send channels. One for pitching up, one for pitching down. Endresult: Split Harmonizer.

Or... get eXT (if it doesn't crash), split your channels, use one detuner for each channel, back to Stereo Bus - and that all used in a send bus. Same effect, only buggier and with a single send bus.

But what if you don't have eXT? So yeah...

Good to see that these plugins are still alive though. Definitely some rare/often overlooked treasures in there.

Wow, I've been using MDA Detune all these years in a severely crippled mode! I've always had to make a change, go to another preset, and return to the original preset where I made the change to hear the change. Which gives you an idea of how much I like its sound. This one implements all the changes instantly -- as one might expect, of course. An entirely different beast! Very weird and cool to me. Like a different plug altogether.

:tu:

Cheers.

Maybe I'm blind but where is the change log on sourceforge. I don't see it anywhere.

SongMonkey, you're not the only one and it's not my only fav plugin without flashy GUI.
There's only one free alternative, but has a completely different sound result and sucks cpu as Madoff $/€ !
IMO mda Detune does the same job on sounds as PhotoShop does on Playboy's centrefolds.
If people in the Middle-East should speak to each other through mda Detune there would be less trouble, used to say Uncle Frank ! 8)
