hi,
i like this type of 90s dance song. anyway tank for the link.
i think chords are natural harmonization of a major scale, with 7th and may be more superstructure. It should be simple to find. just type your keyboard with 4 fingers, following the cadence of the track, with only white notes ( if C major ) and it should come easy.
another great way to find the chords is to use PGmusic, powertracks, load the mp3 file and let the software find the chords ( works well on piano sound).
good luck

Awesome song. I would start by listening to those chords at the end and listening to the top voice (highest note of each chord) of each chord. The top voice of each chord typically creates a melody similar to that found throughout the song. Once you have this, you can figure out the key and from there you can just try different chords that work within that key from each top voice note. Kinda doesn't make sense as im typing this but maybe you can absorb something.

I have this sound in my Missing sounds patchbank @ u-he for zebra vsti...is sounds very similar...just play dminor low keys say d1 them over the 3 note chord, add the next octave d2 but just the one note d ...try it at different scales/octaves...and your right! ...It does make a harmony!
