Modwheel crossfades in SampleTank?

I know how to set up a sound so that the modwheel will fade the sound in as the wheel is turned up.

What I can't figure out is how to set up two sounds so that sound 1 plays with the modwheel down and sound 2 is silent. Then, as the wheel is turned up sound 2 starts to fade in and sound 1 starts to fade out.

Is there a way to do this?
