RMV pad setup bug?

Hi,

I am trying to change the setup of the pads in RMV 5.0.3 so that only FLAT keys are displayed in PADS 1-16 (C1, D1, E1, F1.......etc).
In the PAD SETUP page, I re-arranged U1 in this order, but the pads remain in the default order on the GUI. Can anyone tell me if I have missed something? Or this a Bug?

The User-Pad arrangemengt does not affect the currently loaded kit, but works when loading a kit (e.g. the "Empty" kit)
