I'm new to Ocean Way and Kontakt. I got the player loaded. I drag the files to the Expandable program, it asks me to locate the expandable library folder. I do that say ok and then it asks me again, and again, etc.
I got a message about password needed when doing the unzip of the install files.
What am I doing wrong?
Suggestions are greatly appreciated. NI support said choose the folder that's what Im doing.

You should contact support during business hours (10-6 Eastern Standard Time) and Allen or Mike can troubleshoot it with you to see what's going on. You could try downloading the library installer again and trying that for now. Otherwise the support guys will be able to help you figure it out. Normally it is very simple though.
