Hi Folks.
So Cantabile is officially released now I am also thinking about "upgrading" from my old Pentium4 machines to something "modern".
First of all I would like to hear about what you guys are using and what you are running on that, i.e. how many mediafiles, how many pluguns and which and so on.
Basically I want to find out if I can go for a mainstream machine or if I need something special.
What are your experiences with different OS like XP32, XP64, Vista32, Vista64...
...I am interested in anything you all might think can be helpful to get a better idea on what certain PC HW can do...

At the end of the day the hardware requirements will depend more on the plugins you're using than Cantabile itself. You'd probably get a better response by asking a more general question in one of the other forums.
