I did a pre-buy. Any idea when this bundle will ship? Or is it going to be available as a DL instead?

This is a good question for Submersible because they have to deliver to the stores. We'll ask them and let you know when we can expect it.

This feels a lot like the DC group buy. It took forever to get the product.

I don't blame Squids either. I suspect Submersible is a poor business partner who makes a good product.

Submersible claims to be shipping product. Would I have got it quicker if I bought directly from them instead of the pre-buy?

Squids said he'd check it out a week ago. Is Submersible talking to eSoundz?

The submersible website currently shows drumcore 3 & the upgrade as "pre-order" - though I rec'd an email from them 18th April saying is was shipping.

Chicken Systems was selling Constructor in Dec. 2008 for 50% off, and starting in January 2009, they told anyone that called that it would be ready to ship in "a few days". They have continued this for months, and still no product. They eventually honored a refund, but it took weeks to get the refund too. I believe Constructor still isn't available. I'm ok with Drum Core 3 so far, and I'm waiting with the rest of you, but it's not bad yet. If it doesn't show up by June, I'm going to be upset though.

I got Submersible's "now shipping" email too. That's why I was getting impatient.

No problem, I'll just wait until it shows up at my door. I'm looking forward to being able to use it as a VST.

My pre order is still showing as awaiting stock also, when I last checked with Allen he thought around the 16th so just a little late but I would guess it's just starting to hit dealers from Submersible and will be shipped by Esoundz imminently.

I'd be less PO'd about this if Submersible hadn't put out a press release on April 1 saying it was 'now shipping.' I guess the date was an appropriate choice...for tradeshow hype.

Looks like they're shipping the upgrades out now. Just checked my account and my upgrade shows as Shipped". Yippee!

Also, preoredering it would have given to me a bonus pack, but no sign of this yet...
Squids what do I have to do? Contact your customer support?

The bonus packs will be available in a few weeks or less. We want to make it so you can choose amongst a few from the upcoming OmniDrummer Series.

The DrumCore 3.0 are arriving here tomorrow and going out the door asap to you. We got some of the very first dealer shipments from Submersible so it was as fast as possible. You'll get the extra pack plus some other bonuses like coupons and other added value "thank yous" for ordering it from esoundz.
