I've bought some RMX libraries in the past (Studio Profiles) and would like to know - are these upgradeable to the IP multitrack grooves?

If they are, I'd choose more kits (I was in the latest GB) and upgrade the grooves :)

p.s.: I've got John Blackwell, Marotta, Gadd, Green, Gottlieb and Nick D RMX libs

I would raise a Support ticket at eSoundz, explain what you've go, what you'd like and see if they can do anything for you.

Not a bad idea. Sqids has such a presence here I actually forgot to do it the proper way.

Generally speaking, a crossgrade from one format is possible and usually for a great price like $15 or something but the stipulations are that you bought it from us (otherwise you'd have to show proof of purchase and it would require more work and cost a bit more than that - but still can be done). The other rule is that it has to be the same content, just different format. So the same number of loops, same title, same match up of it being stereo or multitrack.

In other words, you can crossgrade between Hip Hop Dirty South in its RMX, Rex, Apple Loops, Wave, RAW, ReTank or IP Konstruction formats. You can crossgrade between Jerry Marotta's R.A.W. and RMX stereo collections, but to crossgrade to or from Jerry's Multitrack material you would need to have ALL of it to technically have the same material and even then it is not the same if it is multitrack vs. stereo so... technically no there is no crossgrade in that case BUT we can always work a deal for you to get multiple versions of things and the answer, as Dark Star put it well (thanks!), is to just contact sales and support to work out individual deals because each situation is different.

We ARE working on an automatic way through your user area to take advantage of cheap crossgrades you qualify for. This is a feature we hope to add to the site some time this year. For now we can do it manually just by contacting us and telling us what you want.

I've contacted Allen and he's on the case :)

Luckily, I am not in a hurry and I do understand he's got a lot of work right now.

btw, I haven't got my redeem code yet (I've updated my support ticket, so that Allen knows it as well),
