I am using FL Studio. I know how to load up plugins that end in .dll extension, but I have no idea how to load these *.FXP/*FXB files. Please can someone help?

In the instrument panel window click on the down arrow in the top LEFT corner. In the drop down menu click IMPORT VST BANK/PRESET. It will then open up a folder on your HD where you(hopefully) put the fxb/fxp for said synth.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by instrument panel window. I tried clicking the down arrow in the top LEFT of every window I could, and I didn't see that import option anywhere. I appreciate your response and I was wondering if you could describe where in FL Studio the instrument panel window is...it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the fast reply.

look in the helpfile under "plugin wrapper" - there are pics and everything in it. <-top right, under help.
