Orange Tree Samples

Hi,

Since Iconic Bass: Jaco's release yesterday at 11:59 PM PDT, the Orange Tree Samples website has been under heavy server load, which has affected download speeds as well as the overall website speed.

Usually the download speed is quite fast, but due to the fact that there has been over 100 GB of transfer in the past 22 hours, I'm not surprised things have slowed down.

I am currently looking into getting dedicated hosting for the downloads, which would make the downloads much faster. Hopefully I will have this hosting sorted tomorrow or the day after. By then, I would expect the server to speed up anyway, as the initial rush of people downloading will have subsided by then.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!

Here's an update. I got a dedicated server, and am currently transferring all the files to there. Fast download speeds, here we come!

Just to let you know: I was just at your site a moment ago and clicked on the 'Iconic Bass: Jaco - User's Guide (PDF)' link. It returned an: 'The webpage cannot be found' error!

Ah, thanks! I reuploaded it. All the main files and demos have been uploaded, but there were a few odds and ends I'm still getting to. (for example the free Jazz drumset download)
