cronox 3 lite version registering issue

can someone tell me how to unlock the version that came with tracktion 3 project bundle.

Cronox 3 lite 3.0.8
there is a linplug key code number on the card that came with the dvd. Is that the right code? I put it in and hit enter. Nothing. It still does not work with midi keyboard. All others that work do.

This is why I never buy stuff like plug ins. They never work. Having probs with others also with this bundle.. Sample tank is another.
