Hi, I am trying to download a bunch of samples I've purchased, including the Chimes Collection and both Stingers collections. I am able to get the password file and the HTML file with the activation code and the link to the download, but after the download supposedly "finishes" I can't open the file. WinRAR (and Stuffit on the Mac side, as I've tried both) say that the archive is damaged.
I've noticed, in the case of Chimes Collection, for example, that the file is supposedly 61 MB on the website, but the browser is marking the download as "complete" around 15 MB. So it seems the whole file isn't being downloaded.
Can you help with this? I'm under a bit of a deadline and need to get these working.
