RMV, Tempo Change issue in AbletonLive (OSX)

Hi,
Just noticed that if I change the host tempo in Ableton Live, RMV will start to crackle.
To reproduce this, one can try for example uploading any of those 707/808/909 sets and create a simple BassDrum sequence and draw some song tempo change in Live.
Problem occurs in both Live 7 as well as Live 8. I believe that in the Mac versions of RMV drum plugin there is something wrong in the communication with the host. (both AU and VST has the same problem)
The crackle sounds like drop outs when pushing the limits of cpu.
Lives CPU-meter shows some rise around 10% when the song tempo change happens. This is far from limits though. This does not happen on other plugins which hints that RMV is starting to use somehow too much CPU when host tempo is changing. I have noticed the crackle clearly only in Bass Drums, but the CPU-meter rise happens also when other pads are played and host tempo is changing.
This crackle sound is not present when the drum sequence is recorded separately to audio track or rendered to disc, but only when played by Live as a sequencer.
All of this does not happen in any other plugins that I have been testing (around 20).
Another problem is the plugins preset selector in Live7/8 that does not show
presets but name of the pads and changing those won't do anything.
This is not so fatal, but looks again like there is some bugs in the plugins way of communicating with the host. Better not to show any presets for the host then, I would think.
My "environment":
Macbook Pro (dual core)
OSX 10.4.11
RME Fireface 400
Ableton Live 7 and 8
RMV 5.0.4

Seems it's happening only in Mac version, thanks for pointing this out. I'll look at it after my vacation.

This problem still exists in 5.0.5: The plugin is unusable if there is tempo changes in Live.

Yes, I'm sorry, it has not been solved for the 5.0.5 release, but we have new information and I hope we can fix it for the next version.

I downloaded new version 5.0.6. just to check out if I could use RMV now,
but the same problem persists in this version too.
Even the sound of hosts metronome starts to crackle on tempo change if the RMV would be just uploaded as a plugin but the sound of the track would be disabled.
When RMV plugin is deleted or disabled the problem disappears.

I updated the topics name for a more descriptive title.
Unfortunately we not made much progress with version 5.0.6, only a bit, however, its one of our tasks for the 5.1 update which should appear sometime this spring. RMV will not "eat" gradual tempo changes without a certain CPU usage, as its a very complex machine. But we hope to drastically reduce it, so a gradual tempo change does not make it unuseable.
Just for the record, a sudden tempo change is no issue, and when you change the tempo within a few steps its ok, just gradual does cause us a lot of headaches (and RMV on your machine a lots of CPU).
