Since this week the Sidekick electronic percussion sample set is now also available for Native Instruments Battery 3.
It is a great add-on to any acoustic or electronic drums/percussions kits. Even though it features plenty of kick drums, some snares and toms, the bulk of this set is made of original and unique percussive sounds and FX.
There are 285 sounds including 152 with velocity layers (from 2 to 8, average 4 or 5) for a total of 809 samples. It sells for $9.99 us and also includes the soundfont and wav files with kits for FXpansion DR-008, LinPlug RM4, Native Instruments Kontakt 3 and NUSofting DK+.

"Chroma Kalimba", a chromatic kit, and "Kit 01". Kit 01 is a 32 cells kit but the trick is that only 1 sample is used, I've used transposition, trimming of the start/end points, pitch envelopes, the stretch engine and articulations (or combined these methods) to alter the playback of the original sample and thus create 31 new and different sounds.
