I'll give an example of why I personally dislike Paypal: I made a complaint about not being able to delete an address which was the default, now No Location, and a card which was stolen. In the ticket I typed "why is paypal such a pain in the ass?" I got back a note telling me if I didn't quit using 'Abusive language' I was in jeopardy of not getting any response to my ticket at all. Now, they never have sorted me, although the persons's boss kind of apologized for it.

Anyway, does this thing have: "we have you surrounded, give yourself up and we will not harm you. I repeat, you are surrounded."

do they generally use the radio for that?
over here that would involve some form of megaphone arrangement rather than any direct radio communication with the crims.

I suppose no crims ever had police band in their crackhouse or whatever.

it's a reference to a thing on a record you'd never listen to
