How to get EZPlayer Pro and download card after purchase?

Maybe someone can help...

I just bought Ocean Way Drums DL edition with kits and midi files.

I am looking for the EZPlayer Pro and the download card mentioned in the announcement.

Will they turn up in my user area or do I have to take my hands out of my pockets and work for it?

I would have thought that the Download Card would have appeared in your Downloads area. As for EZ Player Pro, I think that that has to be done manually - third-party product with a Serial Number for registration.

Drop an email to Allen at eSoundz or raise a Support ticket. I'm sure they will sort you out.
