First, some warnings:

The track linked below is in an early "alpha" state, so the mixing (or lack of thereof) is very poor. Also, make SURE you hear it through HEADPHONES.

I've been working on this one all day long so my ears are too tired for me to trust them 100%. The "problem" I'm hearing is at 1:50 of the track, more precisely, the transition between the theme and the outro. Right now, I'm hearing that the change is too abrupt, but to be sure I want you guys to give me your opinion.

Any suggestions to make the transition smoother are highly appreciated (I thought of increasing the duration of the theme, for example) as I've no idea right now. Any criticism of the actual song is welcomed too.

I would just change the flute line, if you do not end it with a high note, or for instance filter it down at the last few beats before the break, the transition will be smoother.
