Months and months ago I downloaded the RMV 5.01 demo which used the soft elicense....I decided not to buy it and uninstalled it from my compter...I just got Cubase 5 which uses the same elicenser control panel...now I constantly get a prompt that says my RMV license has expired...somewhere on my windows pc (vista 32 bit) that code is still on there...how do I get rid of it so that the license control center no longer finds it...also, it won't let me remove RMV from my control center list (it prompts that I should contact the vendor as synchrosoft no longer supports it)...
Please help...it's driving me batty...Cubase loads just fine...and it finds my license...but every time I fire up Cubase i have to click through the prompt about RMV ...it's not a show stopper, but it's driving me around the bend..
Can someone tell me how to get rid of it?

meanwhile solved by support, right ?
Problem was a certain file of Syncrosoft seem to have gotten corrupted, it took us a while but when deleting that file the problem was solved.
