Tau Pro & Electron combined download

I purchased the combined Tau Pro & Electron bundle through Cakewalk and it worked fine, but I have had to reformat and start again with XP home, when I try to install the above I get to the page where I have to select either VST or Dxi and it shows the files at zero bytes, and loading fails. I have tried downloading again with the same result.
I have Reason 2.5, Sonar 2.2 and Project 5 installed.
