Anyone else noticed that the guitar tuning on baberpole reads : E A D G H E

isn't H supposed to be a B? or am I forgetting something. Anyway I do like this as its easy to use loads up quick and works quite efficently.

Christian (the author) is German, they use H for what many use as 'B' [and their 'B' is 'Bb'].

with this Bach was able to sign his name in music..

I once wrote a song called 'Headache Cafe', first part based on the riff 'HEADACHE' with note lyrics of

Aaaaah!
He had a fag,
gagged
dead

a bad fag
deaf
headache
dead

fade
fade
fade

second had a chord sructure of C-A-F-E, with a improvised melody

Not really - endless chromatic tone sequences with no sense for rhythm and grooves. And as he couldn't decide for one out of 3-4 melodies, he let the organ play all of them at once.

Smart. Reminds me of that Penguin Cafe tune they wrote when John Cage died, main melody of CAGE with a sad little counterpoint (I think, my theory is pretty much nonexistant) of DEAD.

That was one of the things that inspired me to write that

Union Cafe was a beautiful swansong for Jeffes, I think Vega was my favourite track on that album. I saw the Quartet and Orchestra 3 times, just lovely

Cool, never saw them myself... Must admit I never heard that last record, something to add to the Christmas list then.
