When I am running Miroslav Philharmonik CE, which I acquired by download from the 4x1 promotion after purchasing my IK Stealth Pedal, I have no sound and there are no instruments in the list to the right.
All of my other IK Multimedia products work fine, including riffworks, amplitube, stealth pedal, and ampeg.
Problem with Miroslav Philharmonik.

Have you downloaded and installed the libraries?
You can download and install them within 30 days from... purchase or activation, can't remember. So make sure you have them downloaded and backed up!
You get to them by logging in at ikmultimedia.com and then navigating to "USER AREA" --> "SOUNDS".

If you already have, then don't forget to select an instrument from the instrument browser in the loaded plugin before expecting any sound out of it.
