I purchased a sound set for Poizone at the IL online shop. For the life of me, I can not figure out how to download this new sound set. I tried to use the IL Download Manager but that doesn't work. I checked for updates on download managers and it says one is available but it won't download. I must be doing something stupid?
I thought I read where I need to download from within the Poizone synth but I can't sort this out either.
Poizone soundset won't download.

Could you try to install from the downloader installer available in your IL user account? It's in the "Content Library" product description.

Thanks IL Tech line - they had the problem fixed in no time. As it happens and for reference, I had to run the latest regkey file on Poizone. Then the Download Manager worked perfectly!
