Hi
Sorry if this is already addressed elsewhere...
Is there a way (Solo v2049) to have a Modwheel feature in Cantabile? Apologies if the function has passed me by!
Many thanks

What type of "feature" do you think of?
You can probably use the virtual keyboards x-y control in Cantabile. Right click on it. This opens "options" - "keyboard". There you can select the controllers you want to be sent on x and y movements.
Default is already: x - pitch bend / y - modulation wheel

Hi
I just mean a simple 'wheel' type thing that you can set to be open at any point, in order to hear modulation. I guess im imagining something that doesn't snap back to zero like the spring loaded one on my PCR. But in virtual form.
thanks

You can adjust the virtual x-y control at the Cantabile keyboard either to snap back to top, center, bottom or not to snap for each axis, so what's the problem?
You can also use the virtual sliders above the virtual Cantabile keyboard if you prefer one dimensional controls. There are buttons there too. Additionally you have global and per session controls there...
But maybe you prefer some type of HW wheel?
The PCR have plenty of rotary knobs, sliders and even a cross fader you can use instead...

Fair enough - never even noticed there was a way of doing it within Cantabile already. I'll investigate the X-Y thing further.
Thanks

Yeah, sorted it. The settings had been put to something other than Modwheel. I restored them and alls well...it just didn't look like a 'modwheel'
Duh!
