it is a direct mic version only and is very dry and tight (much like..........
)anyways, to use it, i'm guessing you will need to have chosen the multitrack version in the group buy as this is a variation created by cutting all surrounding and overhead mic ambience
another change i have made is to switch out the snare for the OWD kit 4 dry snare.....i happen to really like this snare and doesn't have such a pronounced ring as the normal gretsch which can get a little too much sometimes
the drums (excluding the cymbals) have had their OH levels turned down on each individual drum...bd, sn and toms...you can add some of this back on each drum by changing from 'mapping' to 'volume' in the dropdown menu....one drawback of this , though, is that the OWD snare doesn't have the ability to change mic levels and will probably not sit very well in this scenario

one last thing...it's in IMAP only...don't have the time or knowledge to convert them
