Hello my friends

I need your help in finding free lessons of rock and blues guitar licks, with backtracks to play along.
I've been searching for this but I became overwhelmed by the huge quantity of such sites. Everybody seems to be a guitar teacher, nowadays.

So, can you help me?

Thanks in advance

The system hard-wired into society seems to work like this:

1) Free = an ocean of half-assed crap resulting in unfocused confusion and wasted time

2) Well-paid professional = focused and systematic instruction that will leave you well-prepared and thoroughly trained but with mounting debt from which you will never escape

3) Or you can send 89 dollars, euros, lyra, pounds, etc. to get my patented "system" which will teach you everything you need to know for one low price! Act now and you'll also receive my 7-piece spatula set FREE just for trying my method!

I recommend option "2" because later you can get students of your own and make your money back.

Teachers are expensive because THEY are in terrible debt. :?

Buy Band in a Box. Instant gratification for what you want now and years of musical instruction as a bonus.

+1 for band in a box, it's a great play along program.

On finding blues and rock licks I can only suggest one solution, listen and figure out the licks. I know it's shitty in the beginning because it's hard to hear but you'll train your ears in no time, and when you get the hang of it you can figure out any lick you hear on the radio, without having to search trough "an ocean of half-assed crap" to get the tabs that are only so-so. Honestly though, there are some really good books (analog books) out there. I play from Masters of rhythm guitar from Joachim Vogel which is really great.

I agree somewhat.
BIAB is a great Jazz tool and I use it daily

However, Rock is more about play it as it was recorded. For that pick up guitar pro Five. There are hordes of GP5 files everwhere and it displays exact tab unlike biab which displays "interpreted tab"

In summery when accuracy is everythhing go with GP5
Once you squired a taste for improbixing pick up biab.
