I installed the last update and it wouldn't take my serial number and there are no presets now...anyone else had any problems?

Hello, just in case I'm asking. Have you installed the update over previous version? If it was clean install you'll need to download full installer.

it didn't for me :_) I uninstalled the old 1.2 one and reinstalled with the full 1.3 installer and it is working great now. Thanks for the input though
