RESOLVED: Does Drumaxx record to midi? YES

I can't seem to get it to send notes to the sequencer. I can play it, but nothing gets recorded.

ANSWER (found after some searching in the Image line site forum): Yes, but it doesn't record every note as I expected. It's actually more sophisticated: since you can set any keyboard key\note to trigger any drum pattern in the instrument, you just put that note in the sequencer and then click and drag it out to however long you want the pattern to repeat. This way of doing things is very good--it lets you easily move patterns around in the sequencer, as though each pattern was just a note.

I don't know much about how drum sequencers usually interact with normal sequencers, so I don't know if this is a new way of doing things. Works very well, however.
