Need FSK tone generator

I regularly work with FSk to sync thing's to my DAW.
Does anyone know of a way to generate FSK sync tones with out having to do it in real time ?

Samplitude has a feature like this for SMPTE. You choose the frame rate and length of your song and Samplitude makes a file for you to play back from an audio track.

I considered making a plugin that can do it using Synth Maker(FL edition) but I have been unable to get on the Synth Maker website to see examples of how to use the PPQ modules,etc.

So to sum up my question, Is there a plug in or program that allows me to generate an FSK tone (24 ppq) ?
