As a Sonic Reality Infinite Player user you can infinitely expand your sound set up without having to re-authorize and jump through a lot of hoops. You're just a drag and drop away from expanding your collection! But, it is important to always have the LATEST "Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkx" file because that contains your library info and graphic files (ie. skins, TGAs etc.) for all of the latest Infinite Player-based sounds. You can always download the latest info.nkx (that's what we call it for short) from the back end of your esoundz download area or from Sonic Reality.com's download area. It is important that you have the correct size and dated file which currently is:
Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkx Size: 186.2 MB Dated: January 4, 2010
You will also likely have an Studio ProFiles Infinite Player_info.nkc file. This is a small cache file around 64KB in size and the dates vary. This cache file is generated by Kontakt on the fly. You can delete it and Kontakt will generate a fresh one for you (optional - only if you have an old file previous to 2010 should you do this). But do not delete the NKX file. That is always needed to be able to run Infinite Player.If you have any questions or need assistance please feel free to contact support any time.
