I have iSequence and that allows exporting midi and audio over wireless. It gives you a web address to put into your browswer and then you can download the file.

pretty obvious really ... assuming the iPhone has a headphone out.

That's how I do it. Mini jack to quarter inch cable.

Well, the iphone *is* an ipod, after all, so some sort of headphone jack would seem to be a given.

here's how i do it:

1. use a webcam to film the iphone doing it's thing

2. upload the file to youtube

3. sign out

4. visit youtube from someone else's PC at work while they are in the toilet

5. find one of those suspect online "convert youtube to mp3" tools and extract the audio from the webcam upload in step 2 above.

6. check the outputted file is clean. if so, save it to a flash memory device.

7. later that night, use the audio as desired.

8. sit back and reflect on the infinite splendor of a life made easy by the full integration of available technology.

Or just e-mail the file to yourself.

I got two cables made:

- 1/8 stereo --summed to>> 1/4 mono - for plugging straight into my guitar amplifier

- 1/8 stereo -->> 2 x 1/4 mono - for my audio interface

Some apps let you export files via ftp to a server, for instance REC, and some let you access them via the web from your PC - Jasuto Pro for example.
