Looking for a chart that shows the notes frequency as well as the pitch.

Chords, scales, harmony, melody, etc.

I'm sure i've seen something like it but can't remember where. It showed each notes frequency across the octaves. Cheers.

Googling pitch frequency chart brings up lots of them. Pick one with however many decimal places you like.

Cheers Meffy! :)

I like the one with wavelengths listed too.

They're usually sanguine enough.

Yeah there's quite a few! Found this: http://www.independentrecording.net/irn ... isplay.htm

Useful chart with frequency ranges for instruments. :)

if you have a scientific calculator it's easier to just go:

twelfth_root_two = 2^(1/12)
zero_note = (root * twelfth_root_two^-57) (go from A5 to C0)

hz = zero_note * twelfth_root_two ^ note_number

you can just as easily convert from any frequency to a fractional note number (like 131.00hz = 36.0248) or any frequency or note number to a wavelength in whatever format you want.

there are also of course musical calculators, but they usually leave out something. (you can't get wavelength in cubits, etc)

Hey that's awesome! I have basically a static version of that, but it doesn't have the cool instrument data and ear sensitivity... pretty neat.. Thanks for the link!

Yeah looks like a good reference for things like mixing, eqing and tuning instruments. :)
