Rendering arrangement in host sequencer

Hi,

I have searched the forum but still cant find instructions on how to render a loop from the arranger into my sequencer (Live 8.0 in my case).

Forgive me if its a noob question but I dont have alot of experience using vst as i have just given up using Reason exclusivley.
