How to make that sound...

One of my many hobbies is working on a full-size remote-controlled R2-D2 from Star Wars. I belong to a community of about 6-8000 members with the same goal, and I'd love to be able to provide custom R2 sounds for the group.

Does anyone know which patch cables should go where and what the slider settings should be on Arturia's ARP 2600 V2 (I'm running the demo to see if I want to purchase it or not).

I know it's a silly request, but I'd REALLY like to know.

Thanks!

I didn't realize that TimewARP 2600 had a demo, too, so if someone knows the settings or can guide me a little, I'd really appreciate it. :)

Thanks! :)

Stupid me. There's a preset (and the sample image on the TimewARP 2600's page is that preset).

The basis of this sound is sample and hold to pitch.

As I understand it, they also incorporated an actor's voice using the pre-amp feature, as a modulator in many of the R2-D2 sounds.
