I'm a new IL user. I've just installed four synths, one of them is Morphine for which I purchased the optional extra factory presets for about 10 bucks. I believe got Morphine and Sakura registered OK because they play fine.
I'm trying to use the download manager. I successfully downloaded (or at least think I did) two subsets of the online sounds for Morphine: Keyboards and Strings. The two subsets are have the status "finished" in the download manager list. Everything else gives me an error. In a brief flash of a message, I think I spotted something like "404 error" but it's to fast to get the full text. The problem subsets end up in the download manager list with the status "error".
I also see that there are some Sakure online goodies. I managed to download two subsets here as well. Again, Keyboard and String. Coincidence? The others result in the same issues I get with the Morphine subsets.
Any suggetions? Thanks.

Could you try refreshing the download lists first? You can do this by clicking the second button from the left in the "Content Library" window.

I have some broblems aswell. I bought sawer and toxic soundsets. When I click the sounds it just directs me to shop page again.
Also it would be nice to have "download all available" option so that you would not have to click every patch one by one.
I am no hurry so I'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully problems are solved then.

Still problems. Sawer directs me to shop page again and Toxic sounds shows error in downloadmanager. Well, I go and throw a ticket about this...When I click the sounds it just directs me to shop page again.

What's the error message (if you click on the failed item in the list)?and Toxic sounds shows error in downloadmanager.

Speaking of the download manager Reflex, saves starting a new topic over at IL, it's not important anyways, but I got Sawer the other day, and was in the DL manager, there were a few ones I could dl for free per bank (Pads, leads etc)
Say for example, there were 14 availible downloads, I only got as far as clicking say 6 of them, and the rest came through on auto !
lol I am not complaining, saved me time and effort, just wondering if thats a feature, cos it's pretty cool if it is.

For plugin presets, one download contains all presets in that "group" (however that's defined), so that's normal. On a somewhat related note - I bought Morphine today along with the additional pack. Downloaded all the expansion presets and got them to work fine in FL Studio and the Morphine standalone. My main program is Pro Tools, though (I use Morphine via the FXPansion vst to rtas adapter), and that's where there's a problem. Even though the sounds are already downloaded, they still show up in the "Online" section rather than the "Downloaded" section. I've tried downloading them again from within Pro Tools, and it appears they finish but nothing changes. They also download SUPER slowly (like 70 KB/sec), which is unusual. It's also interesting to note that the additional sounds that I downloaded don't show up in Windows Explorer or when I go to the Content Library options while in Pro Tools and browse to set a custom path for the soundbanks. When I browse from the Content Library in FL Studio or the Morphine standalone the "(11) Vintage Digital" and "FrankGenusBank1" folders DO show up, but they have lock icons on them.
If someone could sort this out, I'd really appreciate it.
