I don't know what is on the disk itself.
I could not find it at eSoundz, but there is this one:

The old Flex Pak was discontinued BUT the good news is that if Musicians Friend still has some left then you can still get it while they do. It'll let you choose 4 refills. Once they're out though then that product is no longer around. There's a new DL Multibox that lets you choose one out of the 38.
