I have a quick question, why is C major scale whole whole whole, half, whole whole whole half. But the other notes are w w h w w w h? In other words why does C have 3 wholes at the beginning, and the rest of the notes you start a scale on have just 2 wholes then a half?

C only has two wholes and then a half too. E to F is a half step

Oh wow looking at the keyboard from C looked like 3 wholes for some weird reason. Now i see it. I think i accidentally looked at the keyboard and counted C as a whole also or something just the way the picture in my class has it. Instead of after C starts the first whole.

That's the nice thing about scales, they are all the same no matter what key they are in. Major is always major, minor is always minor. :)
