Where is the serial number for products purchased through downloadablesoundz.com?
I purchased Neil Peart Drums Vol.1 a few days ago. Have installed the Infinite Player and library but cannot get out of demo mode without a serial for use in the NI Service Center.
I've left voicemails and emails to support at downloadablesoundz and SonicReality.
I have to think this is just an oversight on my part and the serial was included in a confirmation email or should be in the 'My Serials' section of downloadablesoundz.com?
I have a couple days off to dig into this library but am not getting anywhere thus far.

I'll guess that the Serial Number has to be allocated manually.
In the past, such serial numbers have been listed in "Product Serials" as you thought.
You should see one soon. If in doubt, raise a Support Ticket at DownloadableSoundz (or, perhaps better, at eSoundz)

Yes, I'd say true on both counts.
I got a reply from the support email.
Keys for the product are manually generated.
They do appear in the Product Serials section after being generated.
