Bryan Adams Into The Fire guitar sound?

I know that large part of Bryan's lead sound is Keith Scott being the great guitarist he is (one of the, if not *the* most underrated guitar gods), and his semi-acoustic guitar, but still - what else is there? I'm speaking specifically about that heavily modulated lead sound in Into the Fire song (not the solo sound, but the other lead sound that is there).

Not exactly sure which part you're talking about, but it's probably a chorus or flanger (which sums up "modulation" quite nicely, so sorry for not being so helpful)

well, basically there are three guitar sounds on that song - the clean chorusy rythm sound, the slightly modulated lead sound (used on solo and some melodic parts too) and that huge modulated thick lead sound (used on melodic parts mostly). you can hear it for example in between after the first chorus and right before Bryan starts singing second verse.

i've tried putting choruses, flangers, practically everything i could think of, and it doesn't sound anything similar to that tone. it almost sounds like he's using a sustainer of some kind - the notes just stay in the air, but it's not a delay, it's not a reverb, and it's not really a sustainer effect either... i'm puzzled!

Might be an e-bow if there is not attack to the notes and also the old boss SL-1/2 Slow gear pedal. I do not like bryan adams and will not listen to the track as i just can not stand that sort of radio dad rock junk but to each his own

I know this is well out of date on the response but a Rockman was used for this guitar sound and I am sure there is some compression as well.
