Synth Magic release Sounds of the Quadra version 2

Hi all,
I have just released version 2 of 'Sounds of the Quadra' for Kontakt 4 and I have updated my website with some new videos.
This instrument puts the great sounds of the ARP Quadra at your disposal,it even comes with a 16 step analogue style sequencer.

It has loads of new presets created by KVR member Ingonator and it is all available as an immediate download from .http://www.synthmagic.co.uk

It was (and is...) real fun working with the Quadra emulation.

Please check your PMs, i sent the new update with 80 single presets (nki's) overall.

BTW finally i found some time to play with my own presets. Now i like them even more.

I totally agree on al 3 comments. Great sound, great value for the buck and very good support. I have tried to help a bit too while i made my presets for it.

Due to some other time demanding work Steve has not checked all of my 80 presets for the Quadra instruments so far. It looks like those will be available soon at a new restricted download page at the Synth Magic website.

Hi Ingo,yeah I'm crazy busy at the moment so will check your sound presets out on Friday morning as i am having a few hours off from programming just to give my brain a rest,so will check them out then.I'm looking into making a members website where owners can download new presets,upload tracks they have made with the Quadra,stuff like that.
I need to clone myself and then again and have all of us working on different aspects so they all happen at once. LOL.
After I added your banner I clicked to make sure it worked and briefly listened to the mp3.s of the Blofeld synth and I am tempted to blow my wad (that I was going to buy a cheap mac with )on a Blofeld.Did not realise such a tiny little synth could produce that much grit.

I have to stop this insane quest for owning synths....no! I must get a Mac computer...repeat I must get a mac computer.....

welcome to the club...

I thought the same and sometimes still do. My Blofeld desktop sits on the free space of my Yamaha Motif ES 7. There are not many other synths that would fit there. Besides the size one of the coolest things is the graphical display.

About the "gritty" sound: Some of the "trick" is about using the PPG filter model and the filter drive!! The Waldorf filters are very nice in general, they have a very clear sound.
