I figured I'd just ask since I've been digging all morning to sort this out on my own. I saw that my card was listed as needing the AC encoder to work properly, and that a little soldering magic was required to complete the process. However, the diagram shows a TRS to TS plug, and the outs on my card are pretty much all RCA composite style. Aside from buying a pair of RCA to Mono TRS(or is that just TS?) plugs, would someone be able to tell me what kind of additional plug will I need to create to make the cv output properly? Sorry if this seems impossibly easy or incredibly stupid. I'm an utter baby to modulars.
Thanks for taking the time.

See http://www.expert-sleepers.co.uk/siwaacencoder.html
You need to wire up a diode and capacitor as shown in the little circuit about halfway down that page. Just substitute an RCA jack for the TRS jack on the left of the circuit.
Or buy an ES-1 (http://www.expert-sleepers.co.uk/es1.html) and use off-the-peg RCA to jack leads.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just wanted to make sure I had the correct battle plan before I dove into solder country. I picked up the iphone app as well, so hopefully I'll be able to test both in the next week or so.
