Hi all,
i am using silentway LFO to send SYNC24 messages to my mc202. i am using Cubase 5 as host for the LFO vst plugin and its working well only that whenever i press play or record the mc202 starts playing slightly before Cubase does.
i am not sure what is the reason for that or how to fix it.
I have soldered my own sync cable for this purpose and left the ground pin disconnected. could that be the reason for this problem? or is it software related? it just seems as if the LFO plugin starts sending the sync signal a little too early. 16th bar too early to be exact!
has anyone had this problem before?
i'd love to know!

Leaving the ground pin disconnected doesn't sound right, but I doubt that's the cause of this problem.
You could put a delay plug-in on the output of the Silent Way LFO plug-in. Set it to 100% wet, no feedback, and adjust the delay time as needed.
