When sync on LFO rate is on, automation in DAW does not control fraction value, still Hz. Bug?

I just noticed this. I was workin on a dubstep track and got a pretty good sound but when I went to the automation ( Logic Pro 8 ), the lforate did not recognized the sync value. I have updated noisem4k3r to 3.06. Is it supposed to do that, and if it is, can I make a feature request for automation to control the fraction value when sync is on? Thanks!
