Anyone had succes using SMUX in logic yet?
I use the ES-3, the manual states to use a stereo channel + sidechain. THe SMUX only shows up as midi controlled instrument or as plugin on a bus/aux though.
I understand 2 stereo pairs have to be routed into the smux and the output of that to for instance output 1 and 2 on the ES-3?
Any tips on how to route this (sidechain to what channel etc?)
Also, I'm new to logic 9, so sorry if I'm asking the obvious
Cheers,
Coen

Just tried it - the SMUX loads as an insert on any stereo channel, as far as I can see.
So, set up your Silent Way plug-ins as usual, on separate (stereo) tracks. On one of them, insert the SMUX plug-in, and then set the SMUX's sidechain input to take input from the other track. If the other track is not listed in the available sidechain inputs (this seems to be the case with Software Instrument tracks, for example), then route the track's output to a bus, and then use the bus as the sidechain input.
