Due to a cockup on my part I had to reinstall Windows. Now I have an iPod setup with heaps of music and a few movies. I'd like to just import that info back into iTunes so that when I sync it won't delete everything. I've backed up the apps but it seems the music and video library are separate to that. So far I've only found how to actually backup all the data. I have the data already backed up. Is it possible to somehow put iTunes back the way it was without reimporting every song and movie?

It should work for windows too.
