I use Zebra in Cantabile Solo. I'm not sure which is the cause of the problem, but I can't move my Urs Heckman .dll's (Zebra and Uhbik) from \VST to \VST\U-He.
When I try, Cantabile Solo says during its start up plugin scan "file couldn't be created to C:\Program Files\u-he\Support\com.u-he.Zebra2.midimap.txt". Cantabile then crashes.
Is this a Zebra or a host problem? If Zebra, what can I do?

Found answer. Problem is with Zebra, not Cantabile. Fix is here. Worked great.
