I've updated my XILS 3 bank - now has 90 XILS 3 sounds.

Unashamedly not bread-and-butter - mostly suited to experimenters, progheadz and flying teapotters everywhere.

I also love Xils3 for its potential soundscapes and strange sounds, and i'm curious to see how your patches work

Well I suppose they are a matter of taste - I tend to design by ear and experiment rather than using a clear methodology so they are a bit rough around the edges but I liked how they sounded and that's enough for me

XILS is good for that sort of thing though.

Yep between XILS, ACE, aalto and Cypher I have a lot of scope for modulary analogy experimentary stuff

Omg Stephen if you put all the above into Kore you could achieve some real weird spaghetti instruments

Why do you think I love Kore - I really can't understand why anyone would drop it. I can make uber instruments with it with several synths and effects but with just one common interface controllable with hi res hardware knobs and morphable patches - it's a work of genius!

I have just updated this bank as the preset export was broken in XILS and not always retaining patch type etc - there is a bugfix up on the XILS site now so install that (latest beta dated yesterday) and then reimport my bank (delete the original first) and it should now have proper folders for sound types.
