adding text to audioclips ?

Hey everyone

im looking for a small software therewith i can Mark any point of audioclips and adding text to them to find them later.

it should be more like a easy player. so i can put a mp3 or something on than and while listening i can put markers on specific points and comment that markers.

more important is a search function, so after a while, if i've got 100 mp3 or more i can type a keyword and can find the specific audio file and the exact marked point, matched to the search key.

i hope somebody can help.
