Looking to achieve a certain effect with Albino

If possible, I would like to achieve a certain effect by using only the internal effects of Albino (I am not interested in achieving this effect by using external effects). I'm hoping that someone who really knows Albino can help me achieve the following effect: rather than continual repetitions of a sound (delay?), I would like a single repetition of a sound (echo?) that ping pongs from left to right or right to left.
